On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a **Lead Project Manager (Supply Chain Diversity)**for a **6 month contract** based in **London, Halifax, Bristol or Edinburgh (this is a hybrid role with about 1 day per week ideally in office).**

**Job description - the role**

**Purpose of the Role**:

- We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Group Sourcing & Supplier Management to deliver an exciting new strategic programme. The GS&SM Inclusion & Diversity in Supply Chain Project will understand the current position, and having establisheda baseline, build & improve our position through the pursuit of a number of key initiatives aligned to cross industry leading practices.

**As a Lead Project Manager (Supply Chain Diversity) you will be responsible for**:

- Programme/Project Set Up and Closure: Feeding into business study/programme proposals and business cases, ensuring alignment with business strategy; agreement of project business outcomes and benefits; and how these will be measured and tracked post implementation.
- Project Delivery: Defining and implementing a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle, obtains acceptance and buy-in to the approach from all team members, and producing and owning all project management deliverables, using establishedproject methodologies.
- Governance and Reporting: Working closely with the Programme Leads to provide regular status reporting appropriately to different stakeholders and to agreed methodologies / standards.
- Resource Management: Tracking resource requirements (including roles and responsibilities), budget and FTE profile for areas of responsibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Identifying key project stakeholders and developing an appropriate stakeholder communication plan. With excellent communication skills.
- Risk: Continuously monitoring projects for risk issues and regulatory.
- A strong Project Management skillet.
- Experience dealing with Diversity and Inclusion within Supply Chain.
- Previous sourcing experience (nice to have).
- Previous Financial services experience ideally or experience within regulated environments (nice to have).
- A broad understanding of Environmental Social Governance within Supply Chain (nice to have).
