We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and self
- otivated individual to be part of our Asset and Surveying Team. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and with a ‘get the job done’ attitude.

The role of the Stock Condition Surveyor is critical to maintaining and upgrading the Councils Housing stock. You will work as part of a team required to investigate, assess and record the materials, age and condition of Council housing assets, ensuring you collect and record information accurately.
- Is highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and prepared to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and make things happen
- Can prioritise and successfully manage their own workload
- Has excellent building pathology and general building surveying skills
- Has excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Be a contributing member of the team and develop productive and collaborative relationships across all parts of the council
- Has experience of undertaking property inspections and using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System

**Qualifications**:

- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or have significant experience within relevant fields
- HHSRS qualified.
