**Job Description**:
Wood Mackenzie has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join a fast paced, dynamic global business to help drive change and innovation. This is an opportunity for a forward looking individual to work in our Global Salesforce operation.

The Senior Salesforce (SF) Administrator will work on all aspect on day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform at Wood Mackenzie and work with the Salesforce manager to evolve the platform to underpin business success.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide routine support and user maintenance for SF - new starters, position changes, profile changes, leavers, user lockouts and password resets
- Hands on design, configure and administer SF including, but not limited to Custom objects, Workflow rules, Custom fields, Validation Rules and Lightning components
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts on configuration, process, workflow and reporting
- Extends third-party product and platform integrations and their dependencies on Salesforce
- Input into planning and execution of projects
- Perform ongoing SF administration (managing roles and profiles, defining/creating fields, updating layouts, and report/dashboard creation)
- Keeping abreast of new SF features and functionality
- Assist and input into release deployments and any related data migrations
- Understand the process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality
- Work with the outsourced SF implementation partners (consultants)
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SF

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 2+ years experience as a SF administrator with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and maintenance experience
- SF admin and/or developer/app builder certifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (essential)
- Deep understanding of SF (both Sales and Service Cloud) technical requirements, system configuration
- Experience in project management or business analysis (desirable)
- Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from SF sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
