Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.

Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:
Must have previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
