Waitress/ Waiter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a pub in Felixstowe. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. **Duties**:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
