Factory Cleaner

Responsibilities:

- Perform heavy cleaning duties in factory to maintain standards and minimise Health & Safety risks.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Drive the floor cleaner around factory
- Wipe down oil from outside of machines
- Pick up swarf, pallets, debris to maintain clear factory gangways
- Clean windows and walls
- Develop cleaning schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis, and follow instructions provided by the supervisor
- General housekeeping across two factories

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of cleaning duties
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
