**Salary**: £23,000-£28,000

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00

**Recruitment Consultant Core Responsibilities**:
Strategic client partnerships; attend client visits, meetings, know their business
Develop sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business
Maintain awareness of market competition, competitor analysis to maximize margin percentage

**Recruitment Consultant Experience/Skills & Competencies**:
Have excellent networking abilities, strong influence, and persuasion skills.
Demonstrate the ability to deliver challenging financial targets
Identifying a high value target market.
Devising a strategy that addresses the market needs.
Operating highly efficient and effective systems and processes.
Implementing a robust customer retention programme.
