We are currently looking for an Underfloor Heating Supervisor, this is a site-based position which involves regular travel and overnight stays as and when required as jobs are booked nationally. Join our innovative team and contribute to the success of exciting underfloor heating projects.

**Opportunity Profile**

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of site projects within the Underfloor Heating industry. Covering all aspects of the delivery work by working on large sites for distinguished clients. Day to day will be completing all relevant paperwork and attending compulsory daily site meetings, managing subcontractors and direct labour to achieve the designed requirements of the project. Liaising with the office and Operations Manager for stock and labour levels needed and reporting progress to senior management.

**About You**

To be considered as an Underfloor Heating Supervisor, you will need:

- Previous experience within Underfloor Heating or a related field is essential. Ideally within a supervisory position.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the installation teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site.
- Liaising with the clients and other construction professionals.
- Manage your own workload effectively, providing regular updates to management.

**Qualifications and Certificates**
- Relevant level 3 trade qualification e.g., Plumbing - Essential
- CSCS - Essential
- SMSTS - Essential
- First Aid - Desirable

For this role all prospective employees are required to undertake an DBS Check which would be reimbursed by the company once they have started.
