Our myTUI customer account plays a key role in this, our ambition is for this to be a best-in-class online account, that supports a more personalised and relevant user experience. Users will see relevant product recommendations, have access to exclusive offers, easily book and manage their holidays, and be recognised and rewarded for their loyalty.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to help realise this strategy by driving enhancements to the back-end account platform and its capabilities that power the customer experience. This role will work closely with the web & app teams and covers markets across Europe.

**This role is available to be based in Luton, Hannover or Rijswijk**

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Lead one or more cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities to the Group Customer Account platform.
- Translate high-level product roadmap into achievable backlog items for your area of the customer account platform and its capabilities.
- Develop, refine and prioritise the product backlog to support boosting sign up, usage and conversion amongst other KPIs.
- Understand prioritisation considerations and requirements from all relevant stakeholders across markets, business and technical functions
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst, architects and developers to establish and document technical details needed for defining EPICS and User Stories, with clear comprehensive acceptance criteria.
- Devise core services that enable relevant flexibility of policy & AB testing at the front end
- Provide insight for defining and planning the joint overall Customer Account Roadmap with the web & app teams.
- Work with QA, test & release teams to ensure all developments are of the highest quality and timely
- Seek info on how other organisations are approaching the challenge of first party data and omni-channel via (but not limited to) Account
- Take personal ownership of relevant KPIs and ensure that all developments are aligned to drive performance
- Highlight under-performance of metrics and develop plans in the (overall) roadmap and backlog to address these

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 2 years of digital product ownership experience
- Experienced in agile methodologies and creating user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to develop trusted working relationships across business boundaries
- Strong communicator, able to analyse and convey technical concepts in a way that’s tailored to the audience
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness, able to champion the needs of our customers while also delivering business outcomes
- Ideally worked on a similar nature back-end product
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working to tight timelines, with ability to prioritise your own work
- A confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and transparently with a real can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a large pan European business
- Fluent in English, ability in other languages desirable but not essential (German & Dutch)
