Traffic Marshall

Responsibilities:

- Directing traffic and ensuring the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians in and around the designated area
- Guiding drivers to available parking spaces
- Assisting with the coordination of vehicles entering and exiting the site
- Communicating with drivers and pedestrians to provide directions and guidance
- Monitoring and enforcing parking regulations and restrictions
- Reporting any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities
- Maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or unsafe behaviour

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate direction and guidance
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Good problem-solving skills to address any traffic-related issues that may arise
- Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 weeks

**Salary**: £14.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS & Traffic Marshall certificate (required)
