**Da Noi Chester, Augusto Pizzeria and Krum Gelato **are part of the **Nutmeg Group, **an Italian hospitality brand that is located in Chester and operates since 2018.

**Da Noi**, the flagship, is a Michelin recommended, 1AA rosette restaurant that sits 20 covers and serves seasonal tasting menus on Bridge Street in the city centre. **Augusto Pizzeria, **located on Northgate Street in the city centre, was opened in 2022 and serves two different styles of product at a two-storey, contemporary and vibrant venue that very often sees events, live music and private parties housed in it. **Krum Gelato,** launched in 2023,is the brand new project nested in the very heart of Chester (at the "Cross") that sells gelato from a takeaway unit using the finest ingredients in the market and own recipes and producing it, obviously, onsite.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented **brand supervisor** to ensure that all operations across the brand run efficiently and smoothly. The responsibilities include overseeing the activities of staff across the sites, dealing and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers as well as promoting and supporting the brand across all communication channels. You should also be able to identify ways to decrease the current brand's operational costs, create efficiencies and increase the revenue by running initiatives or promoting new or specific products.

To be successful as a supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance. Lastly, a great-performing supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience across all the three brand sites

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
- Managing staff's work schedules and acting in first person when required.
- Taking an active role in the rotas, stepping in as and when required.
- Checking in on customers to enquire about quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory with owners and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked and supplied on time.
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow
- Supporting in the creation of social media content and photo/ artwork through relative software.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Host product/service improvement workshops across the three sites.
- Guide/coach/train/nurture staff to create legacy

Desirable skills we would like you to have:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Confidence in dealing with general public, promoting the brand
- Diligence, self-management, self-organisation skills
- Comfortable to work on your own, but equally enjoy working with colleagues
- Willingness to succeed
