**Job Overview**:
We need an individual with the attention to detail and enthusiasm to ensure our Bakery is compliant with all production and hygiene standards every day. Working with production and hygiene colleagues you will audit and direct them to ensure accurate production and hygiene records are completed, challenging any non compliances.

Having some knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning methodologies would be useful but don’t worry if you don’t have these things, we will provide the learning and development opportunities. It is more important that you have the personal attributes of resilience, positive attitude and ability to problem solve with the team. We also require a flexible approach to your working patterns, working 5 days over 7, with Saturday off.

**Your duties will include**:

- Maintaining high standards in compliance with food standards and hygiene regulations, effectively communicating any issues to the Hygiene Supervisor.
- Responsible for following all hygiene timetables including deep clean schedules.
- Ensuring daily production record check sheets are followed and signed.
- HACCP team member.
- Developing cleaning instruction cards and continually reviewing and improving hygiene processes
- Cover as Store person ensuring correct goods in processes and procedures are maintained.
- Any other appropriate tasks assigned by a manager that align with the work level and your abilities.

Pay: Up to £15.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
