Technical Surveyor

City Energy Facilities Management is a whole house retrofit operation improving the domestic housing stock across England and Wales to help eradicate fuel poverty using established funding schemes such as the Energy Company Obligation and Home Upgrade Grants.

The successful applicant will be field-based, and their diary and workflow managed from Head Office. They’ll be working with the office technical support team to make sure customer expectations are managed and coming up with design suggestions and solutions for install.

There will be extensive training to understand all property requirements and to achieve a compliant survey

Key responsibilities:

- Insulation and heating survey forms, capturing data and photos from site.
- Liaising with office technical support to achieve design solutions that are scheme compliant and managing customer expectations
- Heating System experience
- Managing Customer Complaints

Experience desired:

- Familiarity with Evergreen software (though full training will be provided)
- Confidence with energy efficiency measures such as wall and roof insulation, air source heat pumps and solar photovoltaics
- Experience with measuring/assessing households

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
