At **Jewson Lerwick** we are looking for a **Kitchen Showroom Manager**to join our **Glasgow**team helping to grow and support our sales portfolio of some of our biggest customers

**What we're looking for**:
We're looking for an outgoing and confident salesperson who is keen to get stuck into the role and deliver great results.

Manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and work towards Showroom sales and profit targets by:

- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
- Placing customer orders with suppliers and advising customers of anticipated delivery dates, scheduling delivery dates to meet customer needs and arranging appropriate transport
- Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Advising customers of trading term and conditions and information relating to customer accounts as required.
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Supporting all Company initiatives
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Coordinate sales promotions activities

Desirable:

- Previous experience of Managing a Showroom
- Selling experience within a Kitchen or Bathroom Showroom either retail or trade outlet, in generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices.
- Relevant market and product knowledge
- CAD experience

Essential
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a team
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrable customer service focus
- Able to create and maintain successful customer relationships

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 12noon (every two weeks)

Basic salary + Pension + Life Assurance + Private Medical and 31 days holiday per year
