Our Client, a Market Leader in their Sector are currently looking for a Trainee IRS/Fibre Engineer to join their expanding team.

This Company are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field. They currently work with a variety of leading telecom operators and private sector businesses and are able to provide nationwidecoverage thanks to their impressive, carefully selected fleet of engineers.

Although this role is within the fibre at home department the company offers a range of services which also include Security, TV and Media. They have achieved 13 accreditations for their work and always ensure that all of their engineers are fully qualifiedand trained to the highest level.

This is a field-based role and you will act as a second man. You will receive on the job training from skilled engineers as well as support and training opportunities from the head office.

This is a fantastic role within a large, reputable company that is sure to accelerate your career.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with you assigned engineer
- This role is varied and will cover installations of MDU’s, IRS, MATV & FTTH systems
- Ensure Health and Safety practices are followed at all times
- Fill out all required paper work
- Ensure the van is kitted out with everything you need

**Mandatory Skills and Experience**:

- Will hold a Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Will ideally hold a working at heights certificate (preferred)
- Will have a CSCS or ECS accreditation (preferred)
- Will have the drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of all opportunities
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must

45 Hours a week and participation in a weekend standby rota will expected once you are qualified (1 weekend in 5)
