Our extensive collection of over 100 designer brands include Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Balenciaga, Moncler & Givenchy.

We are looking for a bright individual who has previous experience within an e-commerce or retail setting. The job is to primarily assist our web team in collecting online orders and processing the orders through to delivery. Attention to detail is key as you will be required to check and verify product codes to ensure the customer receives the correct items.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist our web team in collecting online orders, doing so in a fast and efficient manner.
- Process orders using our POS system.
- Wrap orders to a high standard, checking that the correct packing sheet and shipping label is provided for each customer.
- The duties of the post require the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays to meet the needs of the business.

**Skills, Experience and Knowledge**

Required
- Computer literate.
- Use of Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working within an e-commerce/retail environment.

Advantageous
- Experience using Magento 2.

Fully flexible & able to work part time. Shifts available; 20 hours, 10.00 - 2.00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£9.50 per hour
