We are a musculoskeletal therapy provider to clients in Newcastle and Gateshead and the surrounding area.

**Job description**

We are looking for a MSK Clinician who will have a range of therapeutic modalities including soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and joint manipulation qualifications. You will need to be able to diagnose, treat and schedule clients in your diary. You should have excellent interpersonal skills.

Osteopaths, physios and sports therapists with additional training in the manipulative techniques for the spine are the ideal professionals we are looking for.

You will be required to do sports massage appointments as well, so please note this as a prerequisite.

You will be required to work autonomously, and independently at times. The clients you will see are in a musculoskeletal clinic and need effective hands on treatment.

Appointments are usually 1 hour long for massage, and initial consultations in your field. Follow-ups will be 45 minutes or 30 minutes depending on your expertise and profession.

Ideally you will have experience in the field, but work experience in general would be helpful in the post for tasks such as taking payments and using a diary booking system with electronic note keeping.

*Please note, this position is on a self employed basis, which means you will be a 'contractor' to the business. You will be required to sort our your own tax and NI, and when working for the business, you are a representative of it. You may work elsewhere and need extra hours, in which case this would be ideal.

**Salary**: From £400.00 per month

We have a covid policy. You will be required to wear PPE if risk levels increase again. As a health clinic, you will be able to continue to work even during a future lock down as clients are seeking help for conditions which cause pain or disability.
