Support Practitioner

**The Role**

As a Support Practitioner, you'll become part of a friendly, fun and dedicated team who supports ten individuals, all with various disabilities and additional support needs to live in their shared home. There's never a dull moment at Crudenlea, so if you're looking for a job where it's different every day, then this is the role for you

The main focus of the Support Practitioner role is to support the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, including, shopping, finances, meal preparation, housework and personal care. You'll also support with their hobbies and interests too so will find yourself enjoying time at the cinema and theatre, going to the football to watch Aberdeen FC, getting creative in the kitchen and various other indoor and outdoor activities too.

We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too

**To be a great Support Practitioner, we’ll need you to bring:

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- The ability to cook (baking would be a bonus too)
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will usually fall into patterns of 0730-1500, 1400-2100, 1500-2130 hours, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

Depending on your size of contract, you will work around 2-3 sleepovers per month. Our sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours, you'll receive an additional payment of **£84** for every sleepover shift you work
