**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking a Temporary Laborer to join our team. As a Temporary Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects. This is a temporary position within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., joinner, painters, plumbers) in their daily tasks.
- Perform general labor duties, such as cleaning, lifting, and moving materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment as instructed.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Complete tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific experience required; willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of construction and property maintenance is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a temporary, full-time position.
- Work hours may vary depending on project needs.
- The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Galashiels (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Galashiels: Relocate before starting work (required)
