**We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Plumber Technician to join our Estates team. This role is a based in our Main Hospital site in Central London (W1G 6BW). We are also offering a competitive salary of £39,580 per annum plus a fantasticarray of benefits.**

Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complexmedical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.

**Job Profile**

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Mechanical / Plumber with previous installation experience but is also capable of carrying out maintenance tasks. Most work will have been carried out in either industrial or commercial environment.
- **Job Type**: This is a full-time, permanent position.
- **Shift Pattern**: 4 on - 4 off, 7am to 7pm.
- **Salary**:£39,580 per annum
- **Location**:20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW

254 hours per annum (inclusive of the statutory bank holidays - 23 shift days)

**Key Duties**
- To work in accordance with the requirements of the Mechanical HTMs for water systems, statutory regulations, legionella regulations and Clinic policies.
- To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner following the appropriate risk assessment at all times.
- Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the management.
- Undertake helpdesk repair works as directed by the shift leaders.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with Clinic procedures.

**Skills & Experience**
- Completion of a structured training program in mechanical engineering for a minimum of three years.
- Post qualification experience working in a mechanical maintenance environment.
- Experience of working in an acute hospital or similar complex environment is desirable.
- City and Guilds Level 3 (Commercial Plumbing/Heating) or equivalent experience (Essential)
