**Opportunity at RRG Group Fleet, Swinton - Admin Support**
Due to continuous growth an exciting opportunity has as arisen to join RRG Group Fleet, Swinton as a Fleet Administrator and Vehicle Progressor.
As a Fleet Administrator and Vehicle Progressor you will be responsible for the tasks and activities to ensure a vehicle is ready for delivery or collection to meet the service level agreements set by our National, Broker and Local Business accounts while meeting RRG Group compliance standards.
You should thrive in a time sensitive high tempo working environment, have a professional manner and willing to be an exceptional team player. The position of Fleet Administrator / Vehicle Progressor requires the individual to be meticulous with detail, have an ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
Job role and responsibilities include key sortation, ensure cars are quality checked the day before delivery and key sortation. Delivery pack management.
To be a success in this role, you will have self-motivation and highly organised and excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience not necessary as full training will be provided.
This is not solely a desk-based role, it’s hand on and you will often be outside physically checking vehicles. Full clean UK Manual driving license.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 - No weekends
