We are delighted to be working with a Royston based software company. They are recruiting for a Dynamics 365 Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent, hybrid basis.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Delivering end to end project lifecycle development
- Provide customer support in a professional manner
- Resolving customer support calls and live issues
- Provide technical innovative solutions to best the business
- Experience in a similar role or a recognised IT qualification
- Understanding of software project lifecycle
- Excellent attention to details
- Knowledge of networking
- Driven interest in IT
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build report with customers and work with various stakeholders
