Full time Admin staff required for a busy small business. Majority of the time will be spent working from home with the occasional staff meeting taking place within the Portsmouth/Southampton region of Hampshire.

Hours will be 8am-4pm with a paid 30 minute lunch break.

Key skills required:

- Friendly* Good telephone manner* Good knowledge of excel* Quick to learn
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of Sage Cloud Accounting (Basic knowledge needed of creating customers, sending quotations and invoices)

Role includes:

- Schedule engineer visits for customers
- Sending Quotations and Invoices using sage online software
- Use of company diary software
- Inbound & Outbound telephone calls
- Ordering Parts
- Creating and editing spreadsheets
- Liasing with Engineer team.

This job requires a start date of Monday 23rd January.

**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
