Responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience to our members by providing coaching of martial arts and support on any other queries, cancellation/retention requests and sales of upgrades and memberships.

**Rivals school of martial arts are expanding and looking to partner with like minded coaches and instructors who would like to make a full-time living from martial arts**

**Role Overview**

At Rivals Gym, we're excited to be expanding our brand in the Lanarkshire area. We take pride in providing exceptional martial arts training and developing a strong, supportive community for our members. Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Martial Artist to lead classes full time. Our syllabus and lesson plans have been developed since 2007 from founders and professional world champions Sam & Scott Allan

We are driven by community impact and how we can develop the future champions, in LIFE and inside the ring We have various offerings such as pre-school age 3-5, primary 1-2, primary 3-7, high school, mixed adults, ladies only, children who have ASN, children in care, at risk individuals amongst many others.

The training will involve you to be trained and qualified in our instructor training manual in an intensive period to make sure you are fit for purpose.

- You have a passion for martial arts.
- You have a black belt in a martial arts
- Our instructors must have a drivers licence
- You actively acquire new knowledge and enhancing your skills.
- You love instructing and providing support to others.
- You excel in communication.
- You are excellent at following processes, but also have use of own initiative.
- You maintain a highly professional and optimistic attitude in your thoughts, speech, actions, and appearance.
- You view mistakes as learning opportunities, continually acquiring new skills and seeking ways to enhance your performance.

You must be available from 4pm - 9pm on Mondays - Fridays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays

You must be willing to attend weekly instructor training and development sessions in Wishaw

**Initial interviews will be held on Fridays till the position is no longer available**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
