Red Rock Consultants are working with a national Building Services Contractor, who are rapidly growing due to new contractual agreements within the Commercial and Industrial Sectors. Due to growth across the business especially new people starting, IT support is now required.

**The main duties include the responsibility for the following**:

- Prepare and manage forms
- Input, prepare and administer purchase orders
- Purchasing of IT hardware e.g scanners, projectors, servers etc
- Check and verify receipt of orders
- Check Invoices, collate relevant paperwork and pass for payment
- Work closely with accounts and suppliers to ensure goods are paid on time
- Verify & update invoice detail and asset information
- Co-ordinate materials acquisition for IT tasks
- Typing, filing and other general administration duties
- Dispatch IT hardware for couriers
- Co-ordinate Software licence management and support contracts
- Ensure completion of user setup forms
- Confident negotiator in procure IT equipment from multiple suppliers

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
