**Your role**
As a service advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. You’ll ensure the customer has a smooth journey from beginning to end, agreeing to their service or understanding their repair requirements, booking the work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll be keeping customers informed of the progress of their vehicle works/repairs, suggesting additional products and services to customers, liaising with other areas of the aftersales department and ensuring all invoicing is shipshape. It’s all about giving MINI customers peace of mind.
**Your profile**
We’re looking for someone with proven service advisor experience and a passion for automotive, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, MINI products and services. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
**Rewards**
Join us in our mission to deliver outstanding automotive services and you could benefit from on-target earnings of £34,875 per annum (dependent on experience) with a further opportunity to earn £6,000 pa as a stretch bonus.
