This role will play a key part in achieving positive endorsements for SureScreen products, working with key HCP’s and Payors to achieve positive formularies and guidelines across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement agreed territory Business Plans.
- Responsible for portfolio sales through networking and education of a variety of HCPs inthe NHS Secondary and Tertiary accounts in an agreed territory.
- Engage with primary care decision makers and budget holders as required.
- Accountable for the identification, development and ongoing relationship of Key Opinion Leaders and primary decision makers.
- Work cross functionally to contribute forecasts required by the S&OP committee to manufacture products and maintain safety levels.
- Responsibility for building, maintaining and maximising commercial relationships with NHS accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- University Degree in Science, Marketing or similar relevant qualification preferrable.
- 3 years proven track record in pharmaceutical /device/healthcare secondary care sales.
- Knowledge and experience of POCT/Rapid Testing/DOA market is considered an advantage but not essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare environment
- Good understanding of the needs of the currently changing NHS essential including ability to knowledgeably input into payor discussions.
- Has a robust understanding of the local network, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, marketing agencies etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including MS Office.
- Acts as change agent in a very agile organisation.
