**About The Role**

As an early hire into a fast-growing business, the position will utilise a broad range of skills across content, marketing and networking. Working alongside the company director to drive revenue development, expand service offerings and increase brand awareness within niche technology communities.

**Core responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor current trends and research target audience preferences
- Create engaging text, image and video content to post daily
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Train team mates to use LI effectively and create posts they can use to maximise network building and engagement
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Analyse sales forecasts to design posts to attract in specific areas at certain times of the year
- Prepare and hold meetings discussing new strategies and plans you think could be worth changing
- Monitor inboxes, conduct related admin tasks and create presentations for monthly forecasts/company targets
- Help plan fundraisers/charity events the entire company can partake in

**About You**

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurially minded professional who is looking for broad exposure to a wide range of business activities and a chance to build valuable, transferable skills rapidly in a dynamic environment.

- 1 - 3 years’ social media/marketing industry experience, ideally in a recruitment or commercial similar background
