To support our ongoing efforts, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Handy Person to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the premises, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate small-scale office reconfigurations and assist in setting up spaces for special events or meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a secure working environment for everyone.
- Respond to ad-hoc maintenance requests and provide timely solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance or a similar handy person role.
- Strong practical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license is required.
