Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Handyman to start immediately in Cardiff

**About the role**:

- To undertake General Maintenance
- To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance
- Manage sub-contractors
- Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client’s premises, staff and visitors.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites
- Any other duties as required comparable to this role
- The pay rate is dependent on experience

**About you**:

- Multi-skilled work experience within a maintenance environment
- Have an understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of building services and systems within a healthcare environment
- Possess a current valid driving licence
- Have or be willing to obtain a basic DBS certificate
