The Role:

- Develop and implement a regulatory and legal compliance program for the IT department and other relevant departments
- Create internal compliance controls and monitor adherence to them
- Draft and revise company policies and procedures in line with relevant standards
- Audit processes, practices, and documents to identify non-conformances
- Evaluate IT activities to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders as required
- Manage business continuity and incident response plans
- Educate and train staff on relevant regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Stay updated on internal standards, business goals, and relevant regulations and legislation

Essential:

- Degree qualification or 3 years of similar experience
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory and legislative compliance
- Experience working in cross-functional IT teams
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Desirable:

- Certification to CISSP, CRISC

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
