Busy Bee Recruitment are currently working with a national care company who specialise in providing care and support for young people living in residential facilities. We have a very exciting position for a **Children’s Home Team Leader** to now support in leading one of their homes in **Bradford** to push forward their message and values of really putting each child and their needs at the heart of all they do

As Team Leader for their children’s home, you will be assisting the management team in the day to day running of the service specialising in care for those with emotional and behavioural difficulties whilst leading a team of Support Workers.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties around the home but the main duties will include:

- Working in partnership with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
- Ensuring care plans for young people are delivered and adjusted where applicable with continual quality care reviews.
- Working closely with young people to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential
- Attend to Young People’s practical, physical and emotional needs
- Completing written reports and documentation daily
- Leading the team on your relevant shifts, being responsible for events
- Rota planning and shift coordination
- Work shift patterns and sleep in’s yourself

The successful Team Leader should be a superb communicator, who has a key passion for people with recent experience working within the sector holding a relevant Level 3 or 4 qualification. They should be committed to always providing outstanding levels of care and work towards this through empowering and promoting positivity throughout the home.
