Day Team Leader £13.00 per hour

Night Team Leader £14.00 per hour

**About you**:

- You will be passionate about care and making a positive difference to the lives of older people.
- You will be willing to work towards or have completed your NVQ level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care.
- You will have previous experience of working in a Care Home environment, perhaps in a Senior Carer, this is desirable but not essential, it all depends on your skills.
- You will be experienced and wanting to train in medication administration.
- You'll have good written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have effective leadership skills to get the best out of those around you.

Most of all, you will have a natural desire for helping others and will thrive from working in a Care team to provide the best possible life for our residents.

**About the role**:
Leading a team, you will deliver person-centred care to our residents to ensure they retain their dignity and individuality. By leading a happy and competent team, you can really make a difference in your home and the local community. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and inspiring a team of Care Assistants in the day to day running of the home.
- Communicating regularly with our residents' families and Health care professionals to write and adapt care plans.
- Assisting with the administering of medication and completing risk assessments
- Ensuring the needs of the residents are always met.
- Ensuring residents daily records are up to date and accurately reflect the care provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
