Collections Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Collections Advisor to join our growing team in Melton Mowbray on a permanent basis.

Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday working may be required)

40 hours a week working on a rotational shift patten of 8-5 & 9-6

Salary is negotiable

25 days holiday increasing to 28 dependant on service

Duties will include:

- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers who are in arrears and may be experiencing financial difficulties. Working with them to understand their financial circumstances, ensure accounts are brought back up to date as quickly as possible and set realistic repayment plans where applicable
- Actively resolve disputes/complaints and escalate any issues to the Collections Manager
- Monitoring of accounts for non and delayed payments
- Liaise with third parties
- Input customer related data accurately and efficiently

- Confident communicator - written and verbal
