**About Our Client**:
Our client are based in Telford and are looking for a Transport Planner to join their team to support with route planning for their fleet within the West Midlands area within Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.

As a Transport Planner you will be:

- Planning and coordinating routes for the fleet within the West Midlands area.
- Increasing the efficiency of routes so vehicles are optimised for use.
- Resolving any problems relating to transport and minimising disruption to customers.
- Being the point of contact for customers and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience within Logistics or a Transport environment
- Good geographical knowledge
- Understanding of a CRM system
- Strong attention to detail.

**What's on Offer**:

- A competitive salary of £22,000-£28,000 (dependent upon experience).
- Ability to work 8 - 5pm Monday - Friday in Telford.
- Annual Leave of 25 days plus bank holidays.
