- Use computer systems effectively and efficiently in order to complete all duties as required
- Respond to emergency incidents, showing awareness of prioritisation and delegation where required
- Participate in and support in all annual Life Safety exercises and scenario testing
- Ensure all systems and equipment are working correctly, escalating any issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with all Teams as required across the Global Security & Associate network
- Compile electronic reports as required
- Escalate any Business continuity, law enforcement contact or compliance failings to Global Security
- Carry out all reasonable requests from the Protective Services Principal, Manager and Client
- IT literate with exceptional customer service skills

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Be confident with excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, honest and reliable
- Ability to think and act quickly and effectively in emergencies or under pressure
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Able to meet all vetting requirements, including an enhanced DBS & a financial background check
- Hold valid SIA License(s); Security Guarding or Door Supervision and Public space surveillance (CCTV)
- Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
