Restaurant Supervisor

**About us**

Kaizen Sushi & Eatery is a restaurant serving Pan-Asian cuisine, based at Burscough Warf. One of three sites based within the North west.
Taking inspiration from the Pacific Rim, using the best local produce. Creative, innovative & passionate about what we do.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team supervision, development, and motivation
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all guests.
- Resolving any complaints in a positive and professional manner
- Assist with stock taking, placing of orders, stock rotation.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are cooked in a timely manner and ensure presentation of all dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a restaurant environment on a supervisory level or similar role preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General knowledge of food and beverage operations
- General Knowledge of H&S
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
