Swatch & Showroom Coordinator

Tetrad Ltd are a well established manufacturer of beautifully hand crafted furniture based in Preston, Lancashire and have become one the UK’s finest upholstery business. We supply our furniture globally to a large client base including well known blue chip retailers alongside independent retailers.

We have a unique opening for a brand new role of Swatch & Showroom Coordinator to join our Sales team based in Preston.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the suppliers of our Swatch Books, ensuring orders are placed on time to achieve delivery agreements.
- Provide information to the suppliers to ensure the correct information is provided on our Swatch books.
- Provide updates to suppliers as and when new materials are introduced or removed from the range.
- Dispatch swatch book requests to customers.
- Support with queries from the Sales Department and Customers regarding Swatch books and material queries.
- Keep the Swatch Office organised and maintain good records.
- Send fabric samples to customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the production team when sample fabrics are running low to ensure you always have a level of stock.
- Ensure our Customer Showroom is presented to a high standard.
- Ensure Customer facilities are maintained.
- When on-site photoshoots are taking place, ensure the showroom is put back right.
- Support with packing/unpacking the items that are travelling to/from furniture exhibitions.

**Working Hours**:We are open to applicants looking for Full Time and Part Time work. A minimum of 30 hours per week up to 39 hours over 4 or 5 days. Hours can be agreed upon interview stage.

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
