**The Organisation**
An established FMCG leader seeking to recruit a Group S&OP Analyst to help drive S&OP capability, reporting and standardisation across their network.
**The Role**:

- Preparing presentation material: data analysis and business hypothesis for the global supply chain leadership team
- Reporting on the KPI’s and metrics related to customer service and inventory across multiple markets
- Providing actionable and insightful data to improve standardisation and the group S&OP process
- Delivering input to global S&OP process (partnering with global supply chain teams)
- Owns and enhances data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
- Ensures data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity
- Driving continuous improvement to continually enhance S&OP process
- Ensures data harmonization
- Previous experience as a supply chain analyst or within a analytical supply chain role within the FMCG or consulting industry.
- Highly Analytical, experience in managing large data sets
- Excellence BI, Excel, Pivot table experience
- Experience in transforming complex data sets and translating into actionable data
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders within a complex matrix environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a good a ability to deal with ambiguity
