Retail assistant.

My client, a busy service station in Fowey is seeking a retail assistant for holiday and sickness cover.

The role:

- Provide a great customer service experience.
- Cash handling, use of the till and stock replenishment,
- Be able to use your initiative.
- Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.
- Support customers with any forecourt issues.
- Escalate and report any issues as instructed.
- Full training/ induction provided.

You must:

- Deliver high standards of Customer Service
- Follow company policy and procedures.
- Previous retail and till work experience essential.
- Previous service forecourt experience would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
- Must be 18 or over due to lone working.

Days & Hours:

- Sickness and holiday cover
- Additional hours available during busy seasons.
- 6 hour shifts.
- Shift times 7am
- 1pm / 1pm
- 7pm

Rate:

- £12ph
- Holiday pay
- Weekly pay.
