**Responsibilities**

The role will cover the following processes:

- Lead to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Record to Report
- Hire to Retire
- Travel, Expenses & Reimbursements
- Data & Analytics
- Integrations

Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement an integration strategy aligning with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integration solutions

System Design and Architecture:

- Design scalable and resilient integration architectures
- Create detailed system diagrams, data flow charts, and technical documentation
- Ensure architecture complies with security and compliance standards

Support & Lifecycle management
- Support the technical and operational services of the day to day business
- Lead the integration processes as part of the EcoOnline Operation Support Model
- Requirements gathering
- Technical design
- Project Planning
- Release Planning & Management
- Support UAT
- Production Deployment

Technology Evaluation:

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to integration needs
- Evaluate middleware, APIs, and other tools for integration feasibility
- Evaluate different ipaas solutions, develop recommendations, and gain support for the chosen platform

API Management:

- Define and manage APIs, including specification, documentation, and security implementation
- Ensure consistent API design and adherence to industry standards

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system architects, and business analysts
- Facilitate communication to understand and address integration requirements

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

- Act as a point of contact for diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues
- Implement solutions to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of integrated systems

Standards and Best Practices:

- Define and enforce integration standards and best practices
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement

Scalability and Performance Optimization:

- Plan for scalability and optimize the performance of integrated systems
- Conduct performance testing, monitoring, and implement enhancements as needed

Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify opportunities for improving integration processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to enhance integration capabilities

Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including system designs and troubleshooting guides
- Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for knowledge transfer and training purposes

**Qualifications**
- _ 5+ years experience in similar role_
- _Ideally Degree educated_
- _Excellent communication Skills_
- _Excellent collaboration skills_
