Collections Agent

I am looking for a motivated individual to join an established team.

As a ‘Trainee Collections Agent’ you will be speaking with customers in order to agree outstanding resolutions to their arrears.

Full training is provided, ensuring that you meet and exceed regulation and compliance standards.

Telephone experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Accurate data entry skills.

Basic level of IT skills required.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 09:00 - 13:00.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- credit control: 1 year (preferred)
