I am thrilled to be representing a national client with over one dozen firms throughout the midlands who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their expanding team in Warwickshire.
To be considered for this role you need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience assisting on a variety of Residential Matters, you will be required to be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, CILEX Qualified or CLC, targe driven and IT literate and anunderstanding of the following;
- Sales & Purchase
- Remortgaging
- Transfers of equity
- Right to Buy
- Shared Ownership
- Lease Extension
