About the job:
A wonderful opportunity for a part-time/full-time Lingerie Stylist to join our small, friendly, and dynamic lingerie boutique and e-commerce business.

We are an award-winning boutique, specialising in selling and fitting luxury lingerie, nightwear and swimwear and based in Wimbledon Village, South West London.

The Role:
We are looking for someone with confidence, a can-do attitude, and who loves working one-to-one with customers to build strong sales and customer service.

You will be working alongside a team of highly trained lingerie professionals who strive for excellence and to exceed store targets and KPIs.

The role is varied and you will be involved in many exciting aspects of running a small business, including deliveries, online orders fulfillment, eCommerce work, social media, buying, merchandising, and window display.

You will receive training by the owner and managers to give you an extensive knowledge of the company and in-depth training of our bespoke fitting service to provide you with all the knowledge and expertise of how to professionally fit lingerie and how to style customers.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and customer care with an awareness of KPIs and an enthusiasm to reach personal targets and business goals.
- Experience within luxury retail is preferable.
- Lingerie or swimwear experience would be an advantage.
- Be comfortable and confident selling one-to-one with customers in an intimate fitting room environment.
- Be a people person, with energy and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
