You will be working as a part of one of the local authority teams, based in both hospital and community settings.This gives you the unique opportunity to choose the team that is more in line with Your profile and experience. Different contract types and working patterns/hours are also available to suit your preferences.
Your new role
You will be completing various assessments of the needs of vulnerable individuals and their families, helping them handle everyday life problems. Depending on Your specific team, you will be responsible for different tasks such as undertaking and writing upassessments, analysing complex information, carrying out inspections, maintaining accurate records.
