**Gateman/Women Role in Flint**

Your job as gateman will to monitor the entrance and exit of visitors at our clients site in Flint.

You ensure the gates are guarded, and record visitors admitted to the facility, including their arrival and departure times.

Having an SIA licence and previous banksman skills would be advantagous.

You will be expected to check that anyone attempting to enter the site is authorised to do so and is wearing the required PPE to do so safely. I.e. safety shoes, high-viz, safety glass or masks if required.

As well as controlling access to sites, as a gatemen you will also keep detailed records of all who enter and leave the site, helping to quickly settle any disputes with suppliers over exactly where and when materials or personnel are delivered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control access to a designated area or premises
- Verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the area
- Maintain accurate records of personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
- Enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of the area
- Respond to and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am to 7pm and Friday 7am to 5pm

Pay will start from - £11.50ph
