Responsibilities: Bar Service. Food Service. Perform stock takes and assist with ordering. End of day cashing up. Opening or Closing the venue. Assist with the management of private hire events. Daily cleaning & cellar management. Training and developing staff. Resource planning. Communicating with the Kitchen, management and other departments effectively.

Essential skills: Must be minimum 18 years of age. Must have experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment. Desirable skills: Personal licence holder. Food hygiene level 2 or 3.

What's on offer: Full time permanent role. 35-45 hours per week averaging 40 hours per week over the year. Training and development opportunities. Salary dependent on experience.
