**We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the commercial aspects of our contracts, fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the Sector Director and Commercial Finance Director to ensure that the Support Services sector consistently exceeds contractual and financial expectations.**

**As a Finance Business Partner, you will actively drive compliance with contractual obligations, providing comprehensive reporting on all financial and contractual matters within our matrix operating model. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless financial management of the contract, overseeing end-to-end processes and ensuring optimal performance.**

**Your responsibilities will also encompass establishing a robust financial framework to assess and guide contract performance. By ensuring adherence to ISS and client corporate policies, you will guarantee that business processes are executed accurately and ethically. Through your diligent efforts, you will safeguard and enhance the esteemed image and reputation of ISS.**

**Key Responsibilities**

***
- **Act as a trusted, visible, and accessible point of contact to the Commercial Finance Director and Business Leaders; providing commercial and financial decision support; challenge and insight into business profitability to drive future performance**

- **Responsible for the accuracy of financial records, compliance, business financial plans and forecasts that are produced by the business**
***:

- **Deliver timely and accurate financial forecasting including P&L, cash, client forecasting requirements and the budget planning process. Also proactive management of the billing process and cash collection**
***:

- **Commercial lead for contractual change control notifications and liaison with the clients regarding pricing of new buildings / assets / site closures / other changes working closely with the account team to ensure optimisation of the process as well as an accurate and consistent approach**
***:

- **Support business leaders to deliver contractual obligations through identification of over and under delivery, performing root cause analysis, and making recommendations**
***:

- **Understand the value drivers of the business and provide guidance on contract / service performance including scenario planning, KPI analysis and benchmarking**
***:

- **Keep a clear tracker of all commercial risks and opportunities and drive actions to mitigate and maximise respectively, including driving opportunities for additional scope to deliver growth**
***:

- **Working closely with the account teams to ensure optimisation of processes and spend as well as an accurate and consistent approach to profitable growth**
***

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

***
- **Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent**
***:

- **Commercial / Financial experience in a commercial services contract environment.**
***:

- **Professional, committed, conscientious, proactive, and innovative.**
***:

- **Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team.**
***:

- **Ability to prioritise workloads appropriately.**
***:

- **A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality.**
***:

- **High level of computer literacy including Excel; Powerpoint; Word, Outlook**
***:

- **Experience of using Navision & Coupa would be desirable**
***:

- **Evidence of strong understanding of the importance of process and control within Finance.**
***:

- **Experience of having worked successfully in a virtual team.**
***:

- **Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role.**
***:

- **High level of awareness of the market within which the ISS and our clients operate.**

- **Understanding of ISS strategy, commercially minded and customer focused.**
