**40 Hours per week including 1 weekend in 3.**

As Reservations Coordinator you will manage reservations enquiries and bookings ensuring they are responded to promptly and professionally. You will ensure that every guest receives a personal and warm reservations experience ensuring all requests are communicated in an efficient and accurate manner.

The successful applicant will be organised and personable, an excellent communicator and will have an impeccable telephone manner. It is essential to be computer literate and to have some experience in customer service.
