Our Operations Graduate Programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career in our organisation. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business. You will rotate across different areas of operations and work on real projects with real impact, collaborating with teams across different functions and regions. You will also receive mentoring and coaching from senior leaders, and participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be eligible for our Operations Graduate Programme you should have:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- A strong academic record and a passion for learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- A willingness to travel and work onsite in Crewe, Cheshire
